Client Support Associate

Location: Edinburgh or Perth

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Client Support team. The right candidate should have a great work ethic, natural problem-solving abilities and a desire to provide excellent service to our clients. We have offices in Edinburgh and Perth, so we welcome applications from both of these areas.

Day-to-day in the role

• Preparing annual review packs
• Processing new business and withdrawals
• Dealing with client and planner queries
• Answering phone calls

Key Requirements for the role

• At least two year’s financial services experience in a similar role.
• Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Abrdn Wrap and Quilter platform desired
