2024 Relationship Audits® Results

In early 2024, Carbon engaged with Relationship Audits® to gather feedback and insights from our clients across 5 key relationship metrics; Relationship, Attitude, Delivery, Added Value and Recommendation. This is a valuable way to gather constructive feedback from a large number of our clients, over 400 clients took part in our most recent wave in Spring 2024.

The process asks clients to score us out of 10 across the 5 key metrics and also to provide qualitative feedback on their experience with Carbon. We are extremely proud of the words our clients use to describe us and the scores we received in the survey. Our overall average score was 9.1 out of 10 and the most frequently used words to describe us were Professional, Friendly and Reliable. We have also used the feedback to identify key areas of improvement so that we continue to build on the excellent results received this time around. We would like to thank all clients who took the time and effort to complete the survey.
