We firmly believe that our Wellbeing events have a significant impact on both our employees and our organisation.
These events are aimed at enhancing creativity, innovation, and teamwork. As well as feeling valued and supported thus leading to improved resilience, productivity and morale.
We have received positive feedback on our culture from colleagues, clients and business associates, alike.
So, what have we been up to lately?
Happiness at Work Week 2024
Taking part in happiness at work week, aimed to be fun, promoting healthy eating, exercise, music, and relaxation – all of which are essential to our ongoing wellbeing. To mark the occasion, our Wellbeing team planned a programme of activity including Motivational Monday, Smoothie Tuesday, Coffee Catch Ups Wednesday, Candle Thursday and Lunch on Carbon Friday. All the events were brilliantly received by the team and very much appreciated, making for a great week for culture and wellbeing at Carbon.
Macmillan Coffee Morning : Tuesday 1st October
Our Team has a real sense of social responsibility and taking part in the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning led to us baking, donating, and raising a £150 helping to support those living with cancer. Carbon kindly matched the donations taking our total to £300 for the morning. Thank you to everyone who took part and donated.
Thanks as always to our hard-working Wellbeing and Social Teams for their ideas and organisation, we are already looking forward to our next event!
