On Friday, 25th February The Bill McLaren Voice of Rugby Dinner made a welcome return to the prestigious Prestonfield House Hotel.
A crowd of 300 listened intently to Linda Lawson explaining how The Foundation had continued to work through the pandemic and that to-date had raised £1.2million which had been donated to individuals, teams, clubs and various projects.
The guests were then entertained by MC, Rory Lawson’s chat with former Scotland Captain John Barclay and were then enthralled with the stories from legend of international rugby Sean Fitzpatrick.
Consummate entertainer, Cole Page, captivated the audience and encouraged many in a sing-a-long!
Auctioneer for the evening was Alex Fleming who assisted along with the Silent Auction lots in raising upwards of £50,000 at the event.
