Celebrating 12 years of Carbon

On Friday the 26th of May, the sun was shining and the Carbon Team, had a well-deserved away day to celebrate our 12th birthday.

In the morning we revisited our Insights Discovery profiles with Karran Bonnar, www.brightsideinspiration.com. Karran led us through strengths and challenges as well as the uniqueness each of us brings to the Team. A lot of fun was had in the Team building exercises and we came away with tips and ideas we can use in our day-to-day interactions with each other. Thanks Karran!

After a lovely lunch provided by the team Dalmahoy Hotel, it was time to go outside and enjoy some sunshine with yet more team activities, led by Maximillion Events. Congratulations to the winning team and a big thank you to our Social Team for all their hard work in pulling the day together – and even arranging the start of a Scottish Summer! It is a rare occasion that the Team get together in person and the comradery was evident in abundance.
