‘We will always be the best we can be’ is one of Carbon’s core values and integral to our approach to the advice and service we provide. In 2023, we engaged Relationship Audits® to conduct a client and employee research initiative to gather constructive feedback and insights on how we are perceived by both our valued clientele and internal team.

The audit process involved gathering feedback through confidential surveys from both clients and team members, focusing on various aspects such as relationships, attitude, service, and overall satisfaction with the company's services and dynamics.

We are extremely proud of the words both our clients and our team chose to describe us and we would like to thank everyone who took part in the surveys for their time and input.
