As we all know Wellness is about more than just our physical health.
It is important to keep focus, and at Carbon we love to share regular tips and reminders for everyone. With this in mind - our well-being team arranged several events, during Mindful March.
Simple things such as sharing a calendar with easy daily tips - reminding people to slow down, take a breath and get outside.
John Bell shared a wonderful blog for us on the benefits of sleep – and why for a myriad of reasons we should be more mindful about our sleep routines. Coinciding with World Sleep Day – 17th March.
Susan David (Breathe Yoga) – reminded us of the power of mindful breathing, which can improve patience, focus, and control. Support relief from stress and anxiety, and help improve brain, respiratory, and cardiovascular health, as well as a better overall sense of well-being.
Team lunches – allowed a bit of fun, bonding and time out of busy days.
Finally, our March walk was around the beautiful Dalmeny Estate and the sun even shone.
