The Carbon Social Cycle Club: Last Sunday's run and dates for your diary

Thanks again to everyone who came along to the ride on Sunday 22nd June. It took us down the coast from Edinburgh to Tranent before swinging round to beautiful Pencaitland, and then along the cycle path back to Edinburgh.

Fantastic weather, lovely scenery, good company and all done at a relaxed pace on pretty flat terrain – what better way to spend a Sunday morning!

The photo below shows some of the peloton on sunny Tranent’s high street.

The next dates are as follows:

• 20 July
• 17 August
• 6 September – please note that this is a Saturday and we are planning to do the ‘Five Ferries’ off the west coast, which involves cycling of about 70 miles in total
• 19 October
