Saturday’s edition of the Press & Journal featured a great piece about our Carbon Fivers and the Highland 500 Challenge which started earlier today.
The paper caught up with the team following their final training session on Saturday and Richard Wadsworth, financial planner at Carbon said, “We had an excellent final training session and we are now raring to go for the charity cycle”.
The team started their challenge earlier today as they headed out of Inverness to complete the 82-mile first leg to Applecross.
Carbon Fivers campaign is raising funds for Winning Scotland, an organisation dedicated to helping young people ‘achieve their personal best’ in whatever they set their mind to do.
We wish the Carbon Fivers team every success over the next five grueling days, and if you would like to support them by making a donation to the campaign, you can do so here.
