The Scotsman: Nisa days ahead for savers as tax changes kick in

On the 6th April, Carbon’s Investment Director Barry O’Neill provided some commentary for a piece in The Scotsman highlighting somme potential risks and drawbacks associated with increased Isa allowances that came into play for the beginning of the 2014-15 tax year.
